QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree and 5 Years of Human Service management experience or bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Human Service management experience.
- Experience managing multiple programs.
- Good communication and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting Deaf adults with DD/IDD
- Computer literate (Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, Electronic Record Systems, HCSIS, Therap, etc.)
- ASL Fluency
ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Support the COO in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of WCI’s Deaf Supports residential programs.

Ensure WCI’s Mission and interest of Individuals receiving supports is met.

Develop and implement Action Plans in response to goals and objectives of the agency.

Work with the COO to implement policies, procedures, and systems that promote the smooth running of agency operations.
- Staff training, development, supervision and team building
- Ensure compliance with DDS regulations and oversight of OQE survey and certification
- Participate in programmatic budget development/oversite including developing/updating staff schedules and review/approval of payroll.
- Oversight of ISP process.
- On-call duties
- Relationship building with applicable stakeholders – individuals supported, staff, other providers, DDS/MCB, healthcare providers, families/guardians, etc.
