QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Master’s Degree and 5 Years of Human Service management experience or bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Human Service management experience. 
  • Experience managing multiple programs. 
  • Good communication and supervisory skills 
  • Excellent organizational, time management and people skills  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
  • Experience supporting Deaf adults with DD/IDD 
  • Computer literate (Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, Electronic Record Systems, HCSIS, Therap, etc.) 
  • ASL Fluency 
    ROLE DESCRIPTION
  • Support the COO in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of WCI’s Deaf Supports residential programs.  
  • Ensure WCI’s Mission and interest of Individuals receiving supports is met.   
  • Develop and implement Action Plans in response to goals and objectives of the agency.  
  • Work with the COO to implement policies, procedures, and systems that promote the smooth running of agency operations.
  • Staff training, development, supervision and team building 
  • Ensure compliance with DDS regulations and oversight of OQE survey and certification 
  • Participate in programmatic budget development/oversite including developing/updating staff schedules and review/approval of payroll. 
  • Oversight of ISP process. 
  • On-call duties 
  • Relationship building with applicable stakeholders – individuals supported, staff, other providers, DDS/MCB, healthcare providers, families/guardians, etc.
